Public Hearing
A public hearing is scheduled for the 30th day of January 2020, 6:00 p.m., Vienna City Hall located at 203 West Cotton Street, for the purpose of receiving public comments to discuss the following zoning variance request.
Willie Ruth Martin has submitted an application requesting a variance to allow encroachments into the City’s prescribed side yard setback for the purpose of placing a mobile home on the lot located at the corner of Fudge Street and 504 Hardin Street in Vienna, GA.
As set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1992, the City of Vienna does not discriminate on the basis of disability and will assist citizens with special needs given proper notice (seven working days).
